The Consumer Marketing Services organization is responsible for marketing for all US consumer charge and credit products including acquisition of new members, deepening engagement in early tenure, loyalty marketing for tenured members and retention efforts spanning all channels. The Partnership Marketing Team within Consumer Marketing Services is focused driving growth and engagement amongst our largest cobrand partners.

The Senior Analyst, Delta Co-Brand Digital Acquisition will beresponsible for Delta Co-Brand Card Member growth through some of our largest acquisition channels, including Delta digital, site, and mobile channels. S/he will work closely with internal cross functional partners and our co-brand partners at Delta to develop and execute against a strategic marketing and capability roadmap to drive new acquisition growth.

Responsibilities include:

* Work with Senior Manager to set the strategic vision for acquiring new accounts in Delta's digital channels and create an annual roadmap of initiatives to maximize impressions, drive conversion, and acquire engaged Card Members across the Delta SkyMiles Credit Cards portfolio
* Partner with Delta to optimize our placements on delta.com and the Fly Delta app to create innovative acquisition opportunities within critical travel journeys (Flight Booking Path, SkyMiles Enrollment Path, Flight Online Check-In)
* Manage creative and offer testing with our digital assets via collaboration with Delta
* Support Delta digital capabilities roadmap in collaboration with our Capabilities team and Delta's Marketing/Tech teams to bring new targeting, personalization, and enhanced customer experiences to market
* Lead general channel management activities, including campaign execution, analyzing results, tracking channel metrics and budget, and channel optimization
* Work with the Marketing Campaign Operations Team to ensure flawless execution of all campaigns
* Manage monthly performance reporting and forecasting
* Support various broad strategic projects that impact the entire Delta acquisition business

* 2-5 years of marketing experience required
* Prior acquisition/growth marketing and/or digital marketing experience strongly preferred
* Strong internal and external partner management skills with the ability to interact with senior leaders
* Excellent decision making and strategic thought leadership skills.
* Demonstrates strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and will to win.
* Ability to drive projects from concept to implementation.
* Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently
* Bachelor's degree required.
