SUMMARY

The Sales & Order Operations Specialist II is an integral member of the team, responsible for managing the end to end process for Renewal and New Sales. The individual will partner with an assigned sales team to support sales cycle and business objectives. The role involves problem solving and accurate execution of company policies and procedures

RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepares software quotation/proposals, researches historical account information and creates applicable legal forms
Overall policy governance; ensures compliance in accordance with GAAP for new and renewals sales efforts is applied
Regularly collaborates and communicates with internal groups such as Legal, Finance and Business Operations on complex order situations
Analyzes outgoing and incoming paperwork including purchase orders and license contracts for compliance and accuracy
Processes sales order and related workflow and services for assigned team in accordance with company policy and procedures
Provides guidance to Account Managers for paperwork and sales order processing protocol
Manages renewal opportunities within the CRM including reconciliation activities for maximum renewal potential management
Creates sales queries/reports to track opportunities and oversees renewal forecast accuracy within the CRM
Administers Revenue and Support split letters as required and secures internal approvals
Meets regularly with supervisor/manager to review team objectives and individual goals
Coordinates with assigned sales team (Account Managers) to plan for month end and quarter end activities
Creates temporary license keys appropriate for distribution to prospects and established customers
Supports account administration activities such as completion of supplier forms, license change forms and transfers and assignments
Overall CRM Data Quality: Reviews CRM for duplicate accounts/contacts, performs account reassignments, sales teams are updated
Ability to focus on teamwork, ownership and accountability for initiatives

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associates Degree in business, accounting, or related field with a minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, finance, legal, or support role
Applies sense of urgency with minimal supervision
Strong teamwork and customer service oriented
Highly motivated and results driven; copes effectively with complexity and change
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships
Works well under pressure
Demonstrates good judgement in problem solving and issue escalation
Ability to handle confidential information
Working knowledge of CRM and familiar with Quote to Cash scenarios
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
Extended hours may be required at End of Quarter to meet sales goals and deadlines

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
5 years of experience in an Operations role
CRM integration experience helpful
