Description: Responsible for the design and development of IT systems. Ability to organize and lead small teams to resolve complex business problems. Acts as liaison between the customer and the IT organization in order supply technical solutions to meet user needs. Analyzes customer operations to understand requirements and determine opportunities to streamline processes. Ability to translate high level customer requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization. Identifies data sources, constructs data decomposition diagrams, provides data flow diagrams and documents processes. Understands technology trends and uses this expertise to develop customer solutions. Develops design and functional specifications, produces project related deliverables, and assists in post implementation support and system enhancements. Responsible for compiling and synthesizing information concerning technology processes or systems. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or other related field. Ability to manage multiple assignments Superior written and oral communication skills. Able to matrix manage, have strong project work and project planning experience. 6-10+ years of experience.
