Executive assistant will have administrative responsibilities for the Global Risk and Compliance Executive within Corporate Audit. The mission of Corporate Audit is to effectively and efficiently support the Company's risk governance framework by determining whether controls and processes are adequately designed and functioning effectively. This position involves managing different and conflicting objectives, projects or activities at once, managing the schedule for a corporate level executive and working with the senior management team of the Company. This position requires use of considerable tact, discretion, diplomacy and judgment.
Provide executive administrative support to the Global Risk and Compliance Executive within Corporate Audit. Principal duties are managing the schedule of the Audit Executive, including meetings, telepresence and travel; scheduling staff events; coordinating and responding to correspondence and requests from outside groups and senior management of the Company; typing memorandum and correspondence; maintenance of accurate records; preparing expense reimbursement; and other related administrative duties.
* Scheduling of meetings and calendar management. * Screen & respond to incoming calls: forward & respond pro-actively as appropriate * Prepare manager for day meetings including daily calendar, assist in compiling and organizing documents and materials for meetings * Accurately arrange detailed and frequently changing travel plans and itineraries * Expense processing * Assist with various administrative aspects of the Corporate Audit department management * May assist other Sr. members of the leadership team when needed * Assist key leaders in the Global Risk and Compliance Audit organization in coordinating and managing global team routines, events and activities. * The Executive Assistant should be resourceful and able to work autonomously across a complex organization structure. * Must be able to be adaptable and work with well with people with different interpersonal styles.
Requirements / Knowledge Skills:
* Must have prior work or current work experience as an Executive Assistant or comparable level of experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant * Demonstrated ability in either current or prior positions to interact with senior level executives * Ability to work independently, multi-task, manage time wisely; handle confidential and sensitive material with highest degree of integrity. * Strong executive presence; superior interpersonal communications skills * MS Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must be proficient with these programs. * Ability to multi-task in an urgent and deadline-driven environment * Accuracy/quality control - must demonstrate accuracy & thoroughness and monitor own work to ensure quality * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills * Pro-active attitude with ability to stay focused and maximize time efficiently
* Knowledge of Bank of America systems including Concur, Ariba/eRequest, Corporate travel services, myfacilities, visitor access system, etc
