As a member of the Cornerstone's Global Information Systems organization, the CPQ Manager will specialize in continuous process and systems improvement focused on the Quote to Cash process supporting Revenue systems.

In this role, you will lead and execute strategic initiatives within Cornerstone and be responsible for Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Renewal Management, and other related applications. You are an influencer and will work closely with Deal Desk, Legal, Sales Enablement, Product Management, Finance and other business leaders to deliver technology strategy that drives business outcomes.

You will create an environment that promotes innovation, continuous improvement, operating model consistency, reduces pain points that empowers Sales to better work both internally and with our Clients. In this role, you will collaborate with mid-to-senior level leaders to drive transformative change across business applications at Cornerstone with an improved customer experience.

In this role, you will...

+ Engage Senior and Executive management to understand and establish business strategies and formulate recommendations, priorities and solutions

+ Define the long-term vision and be responsible for scaling our business application ecosystem

+ Own roadmap and coordinate inputs from key stakeholders on Quote to Cash process improvement and New Product Introduction (NPI)

+ Foster strong customer service mindset and manage Quote to Cash business applications ecosystem, including P&L, to ensure efficient and effective use of systems across the Company

+ Analyze business processes and recommend system configuration, automation and best practices to support those processes

+ Directly lead and motivate a team of analysts, developers and administrators supporting business applications

+ Provide technical leadership and manage project delivery including overall requirements analysis, design, configuration, integration, QA, implementation and production support

+ Define and govern IT best practices and methodologies, and align with cross functional IT initiatives

+ Manage all daily, monthly and long-range planning activities related to the financial systems and enterprise integrations, and, ensure these systems are meeting operational requirements

+ Serve as primary source of escalation for process issues, system releases, performance issues, troubleshooting problems and maintenance

You have what it takes if you...

+ 3+ years of IT industry experience primarily focused on Sales, Renewals and Quoting solutions

+ Excellent knowledge of the entire quote to cash lifecycle in a subscription-based SaaS business

+ 2+ years of hands-on experience with Apttus CPQ or SteelBrick CPQ or Salesforce CPQ and CLM with working knowledge of Asset Based Ordering

+ Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, ERP (NetSuite a plus), and integration middleware

+ Ability to influence at all levels and functions within the organization to drive expected business benefits within a best practice framework

+ Skilled in assisting business operations to articulate business requirements focused on efficient processes and tools

+ Proven track record of successful project execution with agile methodology with working knowledge of Jira and Confluence

+ Proven track record working in a fast-paced and agile team, focused on strong execution

+ Ability to manage and prioritize multiple, concurrent projects while meeting aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment

+ Familiarity with domestic and foreign privacy laws (such as GDPR), and data security best practices

+ Experience managing compliance and system controls for SOC and SOX

+ Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems or related field; Master's degree in business or Finance preferred

Extra dose of awesome if you have...

+ Subscription Billing/Management platform (Zuora, Transverse, SF Billing etc.) experience a plus

+ Ability to establish credibility and influence Executives, technical and non-technical team members

+ Excellent change management skills with experience of leading teams through organization change and business transformation

+ Certifications related to Apttus and Salesforce
