Own weekly sales forecasting. Partner with cross-functional teams to continually refine and enhance contract closing workflow. Train and coach sales team on key processes. Technology:. Identify best-in-class technology packages that can add value to Jumpshot at each stage of the sales process. Provide recommendations on how to become a more efficient sales organization through technology. Serve as a subject matter expert and own integrations for all sales systems. Systems include: Salesforce, DiscoverOrg, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Prospect, Salesloft, DocSend, Conga, Marketo. Sales Enablement:. Own onboarding process for new sales hires and ongoing training for entire team. Develop and maintain dashboards that report progress on key business metrics. Support Sales Leadership in territory planning and quota development. Experience:. 5+ years Sales Operations experience. Salesforce expert. Strong program management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Operational mindset with a strong business acumen. Must love sales and have a strong desire to help the commercial team close deals from behind the scenes
