Rosetta Stone is currently seeking a Director, Talent Acquisition. The position will manage a team of Talent Acquisition Partners directly reporting into the Head of HR. In partnership with the HR Leadership Team, this role will be responsible for optimizing the global talent acquisition strategies, structure, processes and analytics, growing the capabilities of the talent acquisition team, building a unique employment brand and an engaging candidate experience; and being a true adviser to business leaders. To be successful you must have a strategic and proactive planning approach to recruitment across all business segments, possess executive recruitment expertise, have a profit center mindset, and have a deep understanding of the systems and operations that supports a best in class internal Talent Acquisition Team. You must be resilient in overcoming obstacles, have a passion for recruitment, enjoy coaching a team and sees the values celebrating success. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Build, lead and develop a Talent Acquisition center of excellence through creation of a recruiting and sourcing strategy aligned to the company's strategic priorities and hiring plan. Lead a team that is focused on achieving a \"stand out\" candidate and employee experience through clear team roles, sourcing strategies, processes and technology. Work with HR Leadership to ensure we maintain and articulate our company value proposition and brand that will attract and retain a high performing workforce. Partner with HRBPs to establish recruiting related HR practices that support succession management, build external bench, and support Rosetta Stone's business goals and strategy. Leveraging analytics, insights and research in assessing recruiting progress, future hiring plans, obstacles and challenges, and collaborate on recruiting activities and strategies. Work closely with key business stakeholders and partners including business leaders, HR/compensation partners, Finance, Legal, etc. to coordinate on hiring strategies, planning, best practices and compliance. Vendor management for all recruiting tools and systems, including managing negotiations and MSA terms among relevant placement agencies around the globe. Provide full life cycle recruitment services on executive positions Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience. 10+ years of progressive recruitment experience, including executive recruiting and 3 years of management experience within a technology company and/or placement agency working with technology companies. Global recruiting experience including EMEA, and APAC, a plus Flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering high quality, consumable, and consistent metrics to hiring managers and executive teams Knowledge of applicable employment laws, policies, techniques; high degree of integrity and ability to exercise discretion. Ability to partner closely and effectively with Human Resources, Compensation, Finance and Legal Excellent communication and negotiating skills Strong organizational skills and attention- to-detail. Strong computer skills utilizing MS Office tools, social media, internet sourcing tools and experience with an applicant tracking/candidate database tools.Salary Range: NAMinimum Qualification11 - 15 years
