Customer Service/Call Center
Our Installer Service Specialists (ISS) are experienced and knowledgeable parts professionals who primarily focus on serving our professional customers. As the primary contact for professional customers, our ISS needs to be proficient in parts lookup, invoicing, inventory and delivery management. Our ISS team members go above and beyond as they use their experience to find the right part required to fulfill the need of our professional customers.

+ Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems
+ Thrive in a busy, fast-paced retail environment
+ Excellent verbal communication skills
+ Available to work flexible work schedule
+ ASE certification preferred
