**Job Description:**



The Collaborative Companies (TCC) is looking for an on-site Sales Coordinator in South Plymouth, MA. **This position does require weekend work.**



Job responsibilities are, but not limited to:



**Accountability:**



+ Manage the site in order to maximize the sales of homes/condominiums in the community

+ Maintaining positive business relations with the builder/developer

+ Conducting all business with the highest standard of integrity and honesty



**Responsibilities:**



+ Maintaining channels of communication to ensure that the Sales Director is fully informed of all site activities and assist with the administration of the sales office and site

+ Awareness of the marketplace. Meet and greet the customers; demonstrate the model homes and being responsible for all buyer selections

+ Handling traffic as required by the Sales Director in order to ensure maximum service for all customers

+ Maintaining positive relations with the broker community

+ Assisting with sales and marketing activities as requested by the Sales Director and Marketing Manager

+ MAintain customer related data and changes into the data management program

+ Gathering of necessary information, preparation of marketing and sales reports

+ Promote the project through various social media platforms



**Duties and Tasks:**



+ Translate vision into a selections presentation that will meet the client's needs and help them build the home of their dreams

+ The ability to work with clients in completing the interior finish/selection process of their new residence

+ **?** Assist Sales Director as required in ensuring the grounds, sales office and model homes are in optimum showing condition at all times

+ Be thoroughly familiar with all products and programs offered by the builder/developer. Assist the Sales Director as required

+ Provide site coverage as required by the Sales Director to ensure maximum service to all customers

+ Process reservation agreements

+ Maintain communication with Buyer/Broker/Attorney to ensure timely signing and execution of agreements

+ Assist Sales Director to maintain and submit all reporting forms required in accordance with the Policies and Procedures Manual, including but not limited to the customer tracking system and a monthly web/analytics report

+ Be familiar with local community services and programs that might be of interest to customers such as schools, churches, shopping, recreation, etc.

+ Assist the Sales Director in planning & conducting special sales events and marketing projects as required



**Education:**



+ College Degree preferred

+ Real estate (new home build) & design background preferred

+ Computer & Social Media proficiency

+ Professional, enthusiastic and comfortable in a team environment

+ Ability to multi-task and deliver desired results in fast paced environment

+ Ability to travel as needed



This position requires physical activity, including standing, sitting, climbing stairs, walking, squatting, bending & leaning. Must be able to lift items up to 15 lbs.
