Duties:
- Remotely troubleshoot, configure and address end user problems with workstations, servers and other related devices.
- Take responsibility for thorough and complete documentation of issues; escalate as necessary/instructed
- Maintain a solid working relationship with business partners, store associates, and IT field professionals/vendors
- Work through assigned tickets on a daily basis so that tickets are resolved in a timely manner
- Escalate/provide proactive feedback to mentors, leads, managers for process improvements or concerns around daily tasks/functions
- Proactively ask mentor, lead, manager for additional work when calls are slow or when working a shift that traditionally is slower

1.) 2- 3 year of IT experience within help desk, remote support, harware/software support --( ell, IBM, Lenovo, Toshiba, ticketing system experience -- ShareWell, Remedy, ServiceNow, Windows OS)
2.) Must be able to break down technical terms for non-technical users. Analyst will be supporting individuals stores and all store associates.
3.) Must have strong customer service skills, ability to multi-task, effective time management skills, and MUST be reliable.

Skills/Qualifications:
- Possess the technical ability to troubleshoot computer hardware/software (IBM, Toshiba, Lenovo, Dell, etc.)
- Previous experience with ticketing systems (what are they?)
- Windows OS (Windows 7, iOS, POSReady)?not all required but technical understand of some or all is preferred
- Has the ability to analyze, evaluate, and anticipate problems, and to make decisions that result in the successful completion of tasks
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced setting - an analyst can take anywhere between 60-100 calls on any given day
