The HR Representative is part of a high energy team transforming HR service delivery for the company. You will play a vital role as we deliver exceptional customer service to employees and HR Business Partners with the objective of first touch resolution for HR administration and data entry processing.
* Utilizing the latest technology (i.e. omnichannel communication capabilities for talk, chat, and text capability) provide excellent customer service in response to employee and HRBP inquiries related to HR administration and employee data management * Provide navigation support and assistance with employee and HRBP self-service tools * Provide education and guidance to HRBPs regarding enterprise policies and procedures * Identify inquiry and escalation trends * Recommend solutions utilizing technology such as Chatbot (artificial intelligence), improving knowledge base and identifying training opportunities to enhance first touch resolution * Process PeopleSoft data entry following HR Shared Services standards * Ensure adherence to service levels and service deliver standards * Provide recommendations or suggest methods to update, simplify, and enhance processes, procedures, and technologies * Audit data and processes for completeness and accuracy and provide education and guidance to HRBPs on data integrity and employee data management as needed * Assist in creating knowledge base articles, video's and training solutions to common trends * Perform other duties and special projects as assigned * Protect and maintain the privacy of employee personnel records including, but not limited to, personal and compensation information about employees
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * Fluent in English (verbal and written), additional languages French and Spanish a plus * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proficient in PC & Microsoft Office * Ability to toggle between multiple software programs * Excellent data entry skills * Superior organizational and interpersonal skills
