Job Description

Duration: Permanent
Compensation: Base + Bonus + Relocation

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the RSA Archer System organization that partners very closely with key contacts throughout the organization, as well as the Director level leaders to analyze, evaluate and recommend changes in SOX compliance and governance initiatives across all functions and systems in the business.
  • Candidate will be the functional owner of the RSA Archer application and be responsible for managing upgrades and enhancements, system performance, the user experience, data integrity, and system documentation.
  • Translate conceptual ideas from users to requirements for technical system changes. Candidate will have ultimate responsibility for ensuring that these tools support the business needs requirement to meet related to the attestation of the company's financial results in order to meet the requirements of the Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX) and various other compliance initiatives.
  • Define and manage the change control processes for RSA Archer across all groups and business units.
  • Strategic design, development and testing in the RSA Archer Platform.
  • Flexibility and collaborative work approach to solve complex problems, to combine different internal stakeholder interests and to develop FSG specific solutions - taking into account multiple internal stakeholder groups with various/changing stakeholder demands/requirements.
  • Compliance to company-wide policies and procedures or direct impact on the re-design of existing policies and procedures.
  • Requirements:
  • BA/BS in Project Management, Finance, Accounting or equal work experience.
  • 6+ years of directly related experience with a strong management background.
  • PMI certification or proven track record preferred.
  • RSA Archer Certified Administrator (CA) preferred and Sarbanes-Oxley background.
  • Very strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with various/complex stakeholder groups & functions, as well as senior level management.
  • Should be a self-starter, driven to improve, while problem solving with teams.
