The Premier Banker is expected to lead customer experience excellence through sound holistic financial planning and service. The Premier Banker will report to the Branch Managerand is primarily focused on driving revenues for the branch by engaging Loan, Deposit, Investment, and Insurance Growth. The ideal candidate will excel in generating activities to drive customer appointments and deepen client relationships with United Bank.Premier Banker:Directly work with customers to build relationships, uncover and meet financial needs.Ensure operational soundness of the branch and clients while maintaining the highest level of customer service.Work with the Branch Manager and team members to foster a culture of referrals and deepening of client relationships.Assist with the proper execution of customer experience excellence.Maintain an open and clear line of communication with branch team members and look to cross sell products with business partners to optimize branch revenues and activities.Demonstrate United Bank's cultural attributes with internal and external partners and customers.Required to work weekends and/or extended hours as necessary. Regular, reliable attendance is critical.Accepts and completes consumer and equity loan applications in compliance with Bank policy and State and Federal laws. Performs pre-qualification analysis. Monitors loan approval process; serves as liaison with customers. As required by the SAFE Act,must become a registered NMLS user.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Demonstrate sales excellence in obtaining revenue targets for Loans, Deposits, Investments and Insurance on a monthly basis.Does what's best for the client by identifying opportunities through sales conversations, engaging them in holistic planning of their short, intermediate, and long term goals and needs and present solutions designed to help customers achieve them.Transact business or service in an accurate and timely fashion.Continuously improves branch sales, Assets under Management and service performance.Understands and lives United Bank's cultural attributes, as well as demonstrates personal integrity by upholding high standards of ethical and professional conduct.Member of a workplace environment that engages, inspires, and sets a tone that strives for greatness and one that actively seeks self-development.Collaborates with all bank partners in meeting customer needs and achieving performance targets.Meets or exceeds all key sales targets.Strictly adheres to all compliance standards.Routinely conducts outbound calls to clients or business leads to educate and invite them in.Self-motivated to reach sales and service targets.OTHER FUNCTIONS of the POSITION:All employees are subject to the requirements of the United Bank BSA Program. An employee's role with United Bank determines which parts of the program apply. However, all employees are responsible for reporting suspicious activity identified in the courseof their work, and all employees are responsible for the timely completion of mandatory compliance training assigned, such as BSA and OFAC.A licensed employees must maintain in good order all Continuing Education, Appointments, and licenses. In addition, he/she is continuously striving to excel in applications, industry, and learning proficiency.Living the United Bank conduct and culture to promote collaboration and professionalism. The incumbent may be asked or required to perform other work as time and abilities allow.QUALIFICATIONS:Education:High School Diploma or equivalentHold FINRA series 6 and 63 at a minimumState Resident Life and Health Insurance LicenseExperience:History of sales and service excellenceMust successfully clear both Bank and Broker/Dealer background checks and maintain a clean creditAbility to demonstrate business acumen to drive sales activities.Must be a registered MLO with the NMLS.Knowledge, Abilities and Skills:Effective communicator with strong problem solving skills.Demonstrates each of United Bank's cultural attributes while having a strong desire to be successful.Industry knowledge of securities markets and banking.Proficient in Microsoft Office SuitePhysical Requirements:As the business demands, team members may be required to stand or sit for extended periods of time, and may also be required to lift up to 25lbs.
