**VP, Product Strategy - VoC**

**Overview of Job Function** **:**

The VP, Product Strategy provides leadership for Verint's Voice of the Customer (VoC) portfolio. This is a strategic function with a high level of internal and external visibility, responsible for working closely with global regional teams, marketing, engineering, external partners and internal sales and services functions. This role will be responsible for ensuring that we execute strongly on our product and go-to-market plans - delivering the market's most comprehensive Omni channel cloud VoC portfolio available. This position can be located remotely in the US.

**Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities** **:**

+ Lead the strategy, and execution for the analytics-rich offering that allows organizations to better measure and understand customer experiences and prioritize the improvements that will have the biggest business impact. Define the product strategy and oversee product planning and execution with the goal of providing the customer a solution that provides a complete view of the customer experience.

+ Develop a strong team of product owners and designers through effective leadership and team development. Build and expand a healthy product culture within the organization.

+ Provide a compelling vision for a continuously evolving, blended portfolio of VoC solutions

+ Utilize expertise of product planning, customer discovery, product discovery and product development to execute on the product vision.

+ Work closely with VoC leaders to create a differentiating VoC offering by creating collaborative teams from various organizations. Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders in the specification, planning and delivery of solutions - including product development, strategic operations, and regional sales and services teams.

+ Track market trends and competitive offerings, interface with customers and sales organization to drive product direction and ensure capabilities meet market needs and customer satisfaction goals.

+ Develop and effectively communicate product roadmaps.

+ Support M&A activities including due diligence in order to develop new market opportunities, and support Executive team in decision-making processes.

+ Manage highly complex and inter-dependent project schedules, striving to deliver solutions on-time, one-scope and within budget. Where necessary, support resource allocation decisions across teams, including budget and personnel.

+ Oversee highly technical product initiatives, demanding strong communication, dependency management, conflict resolution and prioritization skills.

+ Provide solution domain expertise support to the global business unit and regions.

+ Provide an escalation path for field related product issues.

**Minimum Requirements** **:**

+ Has a minimum of 10 years of management and leadership experience coupled with 15+ years overall experience in a large organization or functional group with consistent growth in leadership responsibilities.

+ A 4-year college degree in a related field or equivalent years of work experience.

+ Demonstrated experience leading technical product managers.

+ Experience leading delivery of enterprise software solutions and/or SaaS solutions.

+ Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

+ Ability to establish, communicate and manage work objectives for team.

+ Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC and Social Security verification

+ Successful completion of a credit check necessary for those travel-related roles that will require the candidate to obtain the appropriate credit line required to travel.

**Preferred Requirements** **:**

+ Experience working in a VoC or CX environment

+ Experience creating blended portfolios

+ Experience with Agile methodology.

+ Experience working with research and innovation groups.

+ Experience developing Intellectual Property (IP) portfolios and/or working with legal teams to file invention disclosures.
