Real Estate Analyst
VineBrook Homes is an internally managed Midwest/Heartland-based real estate investment company, focused on acquiring, renovating, leasing and operating single-family homes as rental properties. An early investor and developer of the Single-Family Rental home (SFR) asset class, we commenced operations in late 2007. Our proven, yield-focused investment strategy targets a unique opportunity building a portfolio of \"Optimal House\" assets in key Midwest markets. We own or manage over 6,000 SFR assets in 12 states and 18 major Midwest/Heartland markets. Additionally, VineBrook Homes is currently undergoing the next major expansion of its strategy, expecting to drive toward 10,000-15,000+ Homes.
We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Real Estate Analyst to join our team. This opportunity provides an Analyst a leading role assisting in asset underwriting, market research, operational compliance and asset management. The selected candidate will be immersed in all aspects of residential real estate investment, specifically in the Single-Family Rental Home (SFRH) sector. Areas include, market intelligence and analysis, asset and portfolio underwriting/diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio management. This position will have a strong emphasis on analytics, financial modeling, operational compliance and market research.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Education: Completed bachelor's degree with focus in Finance, Real Estate, or Business Management. Advanced degrees or certifications a plus but not required (MBA, JD, CFA or CAIA)
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience as an analyst in an investment, finance, private equity, corporate finance or real estate related role. Positions such as but not limited to; Asset Manager, Residential Appraiser, Real Estate Investment Banking Analyst, Mortgage Sales/Underwriting, Financial Analyst, and Jr Analyst.
