Here's how you'll do it:
* As a vital role in the People & Culture Team, and systems subject matter expert, you will support the administration and maintenance of configuration and optimization of our ADP Workforce Now, including testing, training, and supporting the stages to upgrade, develop, and build new and better processes * Recommend system improvements that provide technology advancement, automation, value which align with the company's goals and culture * Regularly review and audit data and coordinate corrective action with relevant departments/leaders to ensure integrity of systems and processes * Identify and track system or related process issues including documenting contingencies that occur during the entire course for a proper audit trail of resolution * Manage system security, user access and permissions, system reporting, and other routine elements of the P&C systems * Partner with internal/external third parties and other stakeholders (ie. payroll, finance, benefits administrators, our Security and IT teams, vendors, etc.) * Uncompromising security and privacy compliance * Partner on all P&C initiatives
What you bring to the team.
Education and Experience
Preferably have a BS/BA with 5+ years of proven HRIS responsibility. Experience in a fast-evolving company is necessary, technology org experience is optimal.
* Proficient with HRIS systems; ADP WorkForce Now experience is a must * Understanding of data recording and analysis * Excellent organizational and project-management skills * Ability to work in a fast paced environment with high expectations * Experience in handling inquiries and concerns and delivering heartfelt service * Excellent analytical, critical thinking and math skills, with a focus on the details * Ability to effectively use MS Office applications, including intermediate Excel and Outlook skills * Ability to independently analyze and solve problems * Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels in the organization
